JOINING THE PROGRAM
Becoming a member of Tactical Advanced Academy (TAA) requires dedication, discipline, and a commitment to excellence. To ensure the highest standards of training and safety, all candidates must undergo a structured selection process before joining our programs.
Selection Process:
1. Intake & Interview: Candidates must complete an intake form and a personal interview to assess their motivation, experience, and suitability for the program.

2. Skills Assessment:
A baseline evaluation will determine each candidate’s starting level and
training needs.

3. Mandatory Requirements:
All participants must possess a valid NABV pass (Nederlandse Airsoft
Belangen Vereniging) to ensure compliance with legal regulations. Additionally,
a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) may be required for specific training levels.
